  AML33L3201 is a 3.1-3.6 GHz LNA with typical noise figure below 0.5dB. Amplifier has 32 dB minimum gain, P1dB +18dBm and OIP3 of +28dBm. Amplifier operates with +12 to +15 VDC. Package is epoxy sealed with field removable SMA (f) connectors.

0.1 - 26.5 GHz Broadband Medium Power Amplifier

  Operating in the frequency range of 100 MHz to 26.5 GHz, these amplifiers offer gain of 30dB minimum and typical noise figure below 5dB (above 500MHz). Output P1dB is +19dBm min / +22dBm typical for P3001 and +25dBm min / +27dBm typical for P3002. Amplifiers operate from a single +12 to +15VDC supply with nominal DC current of 400mA for P3001 and 700mA for P3002. Operating temperature range of -54ºC to +85ºC is available as an option.

6.0 - 18.0 GHz High Efficiency Dual Output Amplifier

  Model AML618P5012: High Efficiency Dual (combined) input, Dual Output Power Amplifier operating over 6-18 GHz bandwidth. Amplifier delivers +31dBm power at each output and is designed to operate up to +95C base plate temperature. AML618P5012 is available with input power protection option up to 2W CW. This design is available in a high-density package. DC supply is +10V at 2.2 Amps.

6.0 - 18.0 GHz 3 Watt Amplifier

  Model L2640-32 is a Ka band High Power Amplifier operating over the 26- 40 GHz bandwidth. This Amplifier delivers 2 Watts typically, 1.5W min of output power across the entire bandwidth and greater than 35 dB of small signal gain. Package size is 3.60” x 4.31” x 0.65”. RF connectors are K input and waveguide WR28 output, and the DC supply is +12V at 5 Amps. Amplifier can be provided in an industry standard 19” rack mount chassis. Other options can be specified, including very fast On/Off switching (35 ns typical, 50 ns max) via standard TTL command.
