Program Management


The SSI Program Management team is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all SSI projects. As the primary interface to the customer, the team is heavily involved in all stages of the process — from generating Statements of Work to managing cost and schedule performance to final solution delivery. It’s also responsible for staffing each program with top SSI project and system engineers.

Development and Installation Support

Technical support engineers are available to our customers throughout the entire development and validation process — from collaborative development to application integration to post-installation. Whether it’s debugging intra-system communications or optimizing platform integration, our support staff covers every detail to ensure the system is up and running at full power.


Mercury offers a full slate of formal and informal training options designed to save our customers months of their program schedules by rapidly transferring technical knowledge. Utilizing a highly specialized, task-oriented curriculum, our skilled SSI trainers will travel anywhere in the world to make certain you fully understand Mercury products.
