Webinar: Enhance Multi-Domain Operation with GPU-Enabled Solutions

January 14, 2022 Angie Giles

The DOD’s complex landscape of military platforms - operating in multi-domain environments and utilizing different technologies - generates massive amounts of data that needs to be collected and securely shared among friendly forces in real time. Transferring this data to servers, miles away is inefficient, expensive, and exposes data to security threats and loss. The ability to process data at the source therefore removes need for large network infrastructures, eliminates the additional security risks of data transfer, and enhances speed of decision making.

New and innovative graphics processing units (GPUs) and on-platform heterogeneous solutions enable processing at the source; however, deploying these capabilities at the edge presents a new set of challenges. Mercury has worked closely with our partners to help overcome these challenges and deliver new capabilities to the field.
