Mark Bruington

Mark Bruington, the VP & GM of Processing and retired Captain, served in the U.S. Navy for 28 years as a naval aviator. He holds a BS in physics from San Francisco State University, an MS in systems engineering from John Hopkins University and an MS in national resource strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. 

Reflection and Remembrance 

After 9/11, I was always humbled how individuals would go out of their way to thank me for my service when they saw me in uniform. I could tell it was genuine and quite different than what my father experienced when he returned from Vietnam in 1969. 

Lisa Disbrow

Lisa Disbrow, a Board of Directors member and retired Colonel, served in the U.S. Air Force and USAF Reserve for 23 years as an operations intelligence officer, operational planner, and programmer. She holds a BA in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia, an MA in international affairs from George Washington University and an MS in national security strategy from the National War College. 

Reflection and Remembrance 

It was an honor to train and deploy in support of our nation’s defense. Working with soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines to plan and execute joint missions was a highlight of my career. 

Paul Leuchte

Paul Leuchte, the director of contracts, served in the U.S. Air Force Band, part of the MA Air National Guard, for 23 years. He began his career in the trumpet section and retired as the squadron First Sergeant and Drum Major. Paul holds a BA in political science from Bridgewater State University and an MBA in acquisitions and contracts from Western New England University. 

Tim Willis

Timothy Thor Willis, a test engineer for Processing, served in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Electronics Petty Officer. He graduated from basic training in Cape May, New Jersey, before attending the U.S. Coast Guard Electronics Training Center, Petaluma, CA, and Orange Coast College for electronics training. 

Reflection and Remembrance 

I am very proud of my time in the service. Met some lifelong friends and learned what teamwork is all about. I learned it’s better to do something right than do it twice! Semper Paratus!
