Gallium Nitride Technology for Power Amplifiers

When you need high power in a compact and reliable form factor, turn to Mercury’s gallium nitride (GaN) power amplifier technology. As a leader in the development of GaN-based power amplifiers, we have the experience and technical know-how to face the toughest design and manufacturing challenges. We have invested in the technology for thermal management, reliable die attach, novel power combiner design and advanced packaging. Combing our GaN experience with our space-qualified processes, we are in the small group of suppliers experienced utilizing GaN devices in space applications. Our products are available as compact, hermetic modules or rackmount amplifiers with integrated cooling functionality. In addition to standard catalog products, we have the necessary engineering talent to rapidly execute on custom designs.
