Mark Aslett is President and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors. His extensive background in global business spans the technology industry across a variety of markets, including telecommunications, data networking, security, defense and life sciences. Mark has held strategic-level positions in or has been responsible for engineering, operations, marketing, business development, portfolio management and general executive management.

Prior to Mercury, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterasys, and held various positions with Marconi plc and its affiliated companies.  He also has held positions at GEC Plessey Telecommunications, British Telecommunications plc and other telecommunications-related technology firms.

A native of the United Kingdom and a naturalized United States citizen, Mark has a First Honors bachelor's degree in digital systems engineering from the University of Sunderland and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Christopher C. Cambria
Christopher C. Cambria

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Christopher Cambria is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, responsible for the direction and management of legal affairs, including support for mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.

Previously, Christopher served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc., managing all legal and regulatory matters as well as the acquisition of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at L-3 Communications Corporation managing L-3’s IPO and NYSE listing and completing more than 100 M&A transactions including the acquisitions of The Titan Corp and Raytheon's Aircraft Integrations Systems division.

Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.

William Conley, PH.D.
William Conley, PH.D.

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. William Conley is Chief Technology Officer responsible for the technical vision and implementation of strategic objectives, as well as aligning technology investments across the company to meet customer needs.

Prior to joining Mercury, Bill was a member of the Federal Senior Executive Service, serving as the Director for Electronic Warfare in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. In that role, he led the $7B annual investment to develop and acquire electronic warfare weapon systems. Previously, he was at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) where he led an innovative investment portfolio focused on electronic warfare.

Bill earned a bachelor of arts degree from Whitman College and a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Philosophy from Purdue University.

Allen Couture
Allen Couture

Senior Vice President of Execution Excellence

Allen Couture is the Senior Vice President of Execution Excellence. In this key role, he is responsible for engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and program management to ensure Mercury has systems, processes, and talent that can scale to support Mercury’s growth strategy.

Mr. Couture has spent the last 10 years in leadership roles with Raytheon Technologies, serving as Vice President of Operations & Security at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, where he was responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, security, and facilities for the $15.5 billion, 29,000-employee business. Earlier in his career he held senior manufacturing and operations roles with Hawker Beechcraft, including Vice President of Program Management and Vice President of Engineering & Product Development. Mr. Couture spent 15 years in the Canadian Armed Forces Infantry Reserves, where he was a platoon sergeant and battle school instructor.

He has a Master’s Certificate in Operations Management from York University and a B.A. in Economics from McMaster University.

Jeffrey Eason
Jeffrey Eason

Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Jeffrey Eason is responsible for scaling Mercury’s people, processes and systems, as he oversees IT enterprise applications, infrastructure and cyber security. He also has served as Director of Enterprise Systems and Vice President of Enterprise Systems.

Prior to Mercury, Jeffrey was Manager of Global Government Solutions IT at Cisco Systems where he was responsible for delivering secure, scalable computing solutions and led the manufacturing IT team. He also held roles as Manager of Manufacturing Systems Infrastructure and Manager of Enterprise Business-to-Business. Before Cisco Systems, Jeffrey was at Lucent Technologies in various engineering, IT and leadership roles.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Merrimack College and a Master of Science in Mathematics with a Computer Science Discipline from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
 

Nelson Erickson
Nelson Erickson

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGY & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Nelson Erickson is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. In this role, he is responsible for all M&A activities at Mercury, to include transaction sourcing, execution, and financing. In addition, Mr. Erickson leads Mercury’s Investor Relations activities.

Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Erickson worked in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Investment Banking Group at Jefferies & Company where he led sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements, restructurings, and debt and equity offerings. Mr. Erickson has held government positions in the U.S. Senate and Office of the Secretary of Defense, where he focused on issues including specialoperations force structure policy and technology investment, counter-proliferation policy, budget formulation, and financial management.

Mr. Erickson is a recipient of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service. He received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BA from Colgate University.

Stephanie Georges
Stephanie Georges

Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Stephanie Georges is responsible for driving Mercury’s marketing, communications and brand strategy. Prior to Mercury, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Maxar Technologies and its predecessor, DigitalGlobe. She has also served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at CenturyLink and at Qwest Communications International.

Before joining Qwest, Stephanie spent 18 years covering the Telecommunications Services sector as a top-ranked sell-side analyst at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers where she led the global telecommunications services equity research team and was the lead U.S. telecommunications services analyst.

Stephanie earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wellesley College.

Christine Fox Harbison
Christine Fox Harbison

Executive Vice President & Chief Growth Officer

Christine Fox Harbison is Mercury’s Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, responsible for executing the company’s growth strategy, driving enterprise-level capture and proposal efforts, leading strategic account management, and developing global technology partnerships and initiatives.

Ms. Harbison joined Mercury from Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems sector, where she served as Vice President and General Manager of the Combat Systems and Mission Readiness division. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Northrop Grumman’s Advanced Ground Sensors business unit and held roles of increasing importance at Raytheon Company.

Ms. Harbison holds an M.S. in computer science from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in computer science and mathematics from the University of Maine. She is an active member of The Forum for Executive Women, the Women in Defense Organization, and the National Defense Industrial Association.

Thomas Huber

Executive Vice President & Chief Transformation Officer

Thomas Huber is Mercury Systems’ Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer. In this key role, he is responsible for leading the Company’s 1MPACT strategic value creation initiative with a goal of achieving Mercury’s full growth, margin expansion and adjusted EBITDA potential over the course of the next five years. As 1MPACT efforts progress, he will focus on six major areas: organizational efficiency and scalability; procurement and supply chain optimization; facilities optimization; R&D investment efficiency; capital and asset efficiency; and scalable common processes and systems.

Mr. Huber brings to Mercury 20 years of global experience in industry and management consulting, partnering with Fortune 500 senior executives and management teams addressing their most pressing issues such as large-scale transformations for public and private companies resulting in significant performance step-changes. He has extensive expertise in a variety of industries and functions, including procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering. Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Huber was Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, serving as a core member of their transformation and operations practice areas. Previously, he was Managing Director and Partner at Bain & Company, working with clients in strategy, operations, and M&A.

Mr. Huber holds Master of Law, Master of Business Administration, and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Innsbruck, Austria

Michelle M. McCarthy

Interim CFO, Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer

Michelle M. McCarthy is Interim CFO, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. A 16-year veteran of corporate finance, Michelle is responsible for the company's financial reporting, accounting and tax operations.

Michelle has extensive senior financial experience in accounting and reporting at several companies, including Analog Devices, Inc., where she was Corporate Controller. Before that, she served as Corporate Financial Reporting Manager at J. Jill, Inc. and Manager of the Retail, Manufacturing and Industrial Group within the assurance practice of Ernst and Young, LLP.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Suffolk University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Steve Ratner
Steve Ratner

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Steve Ratner is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Mercury Systems. In this key role, he is responsible building a world-class team and supporting the business in its pursuit of growth and scale.

Mr. Ratner brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience with extensive HR strategy, compensation, and employee engagement expertise. Previously, he was vice president of Human Resources for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a Raytheon Technologies business segment with approximately $16 billion in annual revenues and over 30,000 employees worldwide. Prior to that, he was vice president of human resources and security at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. He has held numerous HR leadership positions throughout his career.

Mr. Ratner holds a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida.

Dr. James Mitch Stevison
Dr. James Mitch Stevison

Executive Vice President & President of Mercury’s Mission Systems Division

Dr. Mitch Stevison is Executive Vice President of Mercury and President of its Mission Systems Division. In this role he leads Mercury’s largest business unit and is responsible for a broad portfolio including sensor and platform processing systems, trusted and secure mission systems, and Mercury’s international operations. Dr. Stevison brings to Mercury more than 18 years of global experience in the aerospace and defense industry including technology development, operations management, mergers, acquisitions, and business growth.

Prior to joining Mercury, he was Vice President of Strategy and Development for Raytheon Missiles & Defense. In that role, he led comprehensive business strategy, portfolio shaping, M&A, and investment opportunity evaluation to further advance the Raytheon Missiles & Defense portfolio. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Strategic and Naval Systems as well as Vice President and General Manager for Air and Missile Defense Systems at Raytheon Missile Systems. Prior to that, he was the senior director of the SM-3® program, where he was responsible for all variants of the SM-3® missile portfolio, both domestically and internationally. Dr. Stevison also held senior leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and at Miltec Systems, a Ducommun Company.

A U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Stevison retired from the Army in 2005, following an accomplished 20-year military career that included leadership roles with the Missile Defense Agency and the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command.

Roger Wells
Roger Wells

Executive Vice President & President of Mercury’s Microelectronics Division

Roger Wells is Executive Vice President and President of Mercury’s Microelectronics Division. In this key role, he is responsible for growing the Microelectronics business while managing all aspects of the Division’s product development, engineering and manufacturing operations.

Mr. Wells has more than 25 years’ experience across multiple disciplines including engineering, business development, program management, and executive management. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager for the Unmanned & Integrated Solutions Business Unit of Teledyne FLIR with full P&L responsibility while ensuring high levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. Earlier in his career, he worked as a DoD civilian supporting the development and fielding of world-wide C4ISR networks and information systems. He also held positions in Northrop Grumman and ICX Technologies and served as a private consultant for large aerospace and defense companies.

Mr. Wells earned his MS in Systems Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
