AM3163 Digitally Tunable 2 GHz to 18 GHz Bandpass MMIC Filter

Digitally Tunable 2 GHz to 18 GHz Bandpass

AM3163 is a miniature digitally tunable bandpass filter bank covering the 2.0 to 18 GHz frequency range. The device provides 3 separate filter bands each with 16 low-pass and 16 high-pass tuning states for independent control of both the center frequency and bandwidth as well as a low-loss filter bypass path all contained in a 6mm plastic QFN package. The AM3163 also offers on chip power and control line filtering to help reduce component count while offering maximum space savings. AM3163 is an excellent front-end for a receiver providing valuable flexibility for tuning center frequency and bandwidth. Its small size, weight, and power consumption make it an attractive choice for demanding applications requiring low SWaP components.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. AM3163 evaluation board also includes DIP switch for control of the filter settings. This switch is included with the evaluation board unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM3163.
