AM3136 Analog Voltage Tunable 8.0 GHz to 19.0 GHz Bandpass MMIC Filter Bank

Analog Voltage Tunable 8.0 GHz to 19.0 GHz Bandpass Filter Bank

AM3136 is a dual MMIC analog voltage-tunable bandpass filter covering the 8.0 to 13.5 GHz and 12.0 to 19.0 GHz frequency ranges. Separate low-pass and high-pass tuning voltages provide independent control of both center frequency and bandwidth. AM3136 is packaged in a 5mm QFN package and operates over the -40 C to +85 C temperature range.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM3136 and trace calibration path.

The AM3136 is one in a family of analog voltage-tunable bandpass filters offered from Mercury that cover the 2.0 GHz to 18.0 GHz frequency range. In this family there is the AM3134 that covers 2.0 to 3.2 GHz and 2.5 to 4.5 GHz, the AM3135 that covers 3.5 to 6.5 GHz and 5.5 to 9.0 GHz, and the AM3089 which is a switched filter bank covering 2.0 to 18.0 GHz.

This family of parts provides an excellent filtering solution for receivers or transceivers requiring flexible center frequency and bandwidth control, high dynamic range, small size and weight, and low power consumption.
