Our Approach
At Mercury, we are committed to giving back to the communities we serve and nurturing the next generation of STEM pioneers and leaders. At our sites across the globe, Mercury employees have frequent opportunities to get involved and make a difference.
Run to Home Base
Since 2023, Mercury has participated in Run to Home Base, the premier fundraising event of Home Base, a global organization dedicated to providing critical clinical care and support for veterans and their families impacted by the invisible wounds of war. Started by the team at our Andover, Massachusetts, headquarters, the event has expanded to include participation from Mercury sites across the country and around the world. The Mercury team raised more than $20,000 for Home Base in 2025, with a goal to exceed that amount this year.
Spring into STEM
In 2026, Mercury launched its company-wide Spring into STEM campaign. For this homegrown initiative, Mercury teams partnered with local organizations to share their knowledge of advanced technology, collaborate on science and technology projects, and inspire students to pursue careers in aerospace. In its inaugural year, this employee-driven initiative built an interactive exhibit at a science museum, judged robotics competitions, sponsored an electric car racing team, presented at school career fairs, and gave tours of the company’s manufacturing facilities. The program also inspired additional grassroot efforts from coding sessions to mentorship sessions demonstrating how a simple idea can energize a workforce and empower the next generation of innovators.
