The Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) environment is becoming increasingly contested as adversaries adopt advanced technologies to disrupt and exploit the spectrum.  

Using the DOTMLPF-P framework, defense, allies, and industry are collaborating to quickly develop and field affordable, modular, and scalable electronic warfare (EW) solutions. This effort aims to integrate new EW capabilities across all areas of force design to achieve spectrum superiority in multi-domain operations.
