MOSA Summer Virtual Summit

Applying open architectures in avionics, radar, EW, & C5ISR systems

Powered by Military Embedded Systems, the 2026 MOSA Summer Virtual Summit is designed to drive awareness and thought leadership around MOSA as what the DoD directive termed a “warfighting imperative,” and explores how MOSA initiatives the Sensor Open Systems Architecture, or SOSA, approach; the C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS); and the Future Airborne Capability Environment, or FACE, approach are applied across multiple domains via common standards and commercial signal- processing, software, hardware, AI, and RF designs.

Rapid acquisition and deployment of technology are priorities for the U.S. Department of Defense. A way to meet those goals is to better leverage commercial products and solutions based on MOSA principles like those based on common standards. Building better incentives and channels to adopt these technologies will help deliver innovation faster to the warfighter and meet the Department’s goals.

Don’t miss this session with Mercury’s Director of Army Programs, Brad Bruce. He’ll share insights on how government and industry can partner to build MOSA-driven processes from the ground up. Register here.
