EAR99 AM1018B is a high dynamic range cascadable gain block covering the 20 MHz to 6 GHz frequency range.
AM1018B It operates from a +5.0VDC, 120 mA supply, 3.0 dB noise figure and high third order intercept performance while also providing excellent gain stability over the operating temperature range.
Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM1018B.
