AM1147-D Broadband Gain Equalizing MMIC Amplifier Die

Broadband Gain Equalizing Amplifier

AM1147-D is a wideband, cascadable amplifier servicing the 6 to 26.5 GHz frequency range. The device exhibits 7.5 dB of positive gain slope across the frequency range. The smoothly increasing gain across frequency makes the AM1147-D an ideal solution to equalize gain/insertion loss across an RF system. Available as bare die in a 1.34mm x 0.91mm footprint with internal 50Ω matching and DC blocking capacitors, the AM1147-D is a small form-factor solution that can enable low SWaP applications. See also AM1147, which is packaged in a 3mm QFN.
