Miniature Transmit / Receive with Sub-Octave Filtering

Function:
Filter Bank
Package:
20.5mm L x 20.5mm W x 3.3mm H
ECCN:

AM3023B is a miniature filter bank with 10 sub-octave filters covering the 100 MHz to 6000 MHz frequency range with full 80-MHz overlap from 400 to 6000 MHz available in a 20.5mm surface mount device or a USB controlled RF-shielded module.

The device contains a bypassable amplifier section and supports transmit or receive applications.  The AM3023B-M includes field replaceable SMA connectors, control over USB, and power via USB or via an external pin all in a 2.10″ x 2.10″ x 0.65″ aluminum housing.

The AM3023B-M65 includes the filters of the AM3023B with an AM1065 amplifier pointing from input to output (on the module this is left to right when logo facing downwards). AM1065 amplifier provides amplification in one direction only and also allows bypassing of the amplifier. The filter bypass path of the AM3023B is directly connected so that the filters may be bypassed directly allowing signals to pass from input to output from 10 MHz to 8 GHz.

The filter bank module is ideally suited for in lab use, receiver/transmitter applications, and a variety of EMI reduction applications.

The AM3023B is also available as a standalone 20.5mm 32 lead QFN.
