AM3108 Digitally Tunable 12.0 GHz to 18.0 GHz Highpass MMIC Filter

Digitally Tunable 12.0 GHz to 18.0 GHz High Pass Filter

AM3108 is a miniature digitally tunable highpass filter covering the 12.0 to 18.0 GHz frequency range.  The filter provides 32 selectable highpass cutoff states with 5 digital control bits.  The tunable highpass filter can be combined with one of Mercury’s tunable lowpass filters to provide a flexible tunable bandpass filter solution.  AM3108 has internal 50Ω matching, is packaged in a 4mm QFN package, and operates over the -40C to +85C temperature range.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. AM3108 evaluation board also includes DIP switch for control of the filter settings. This switch is included with the evaluation board unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM3108.
