AM3151 Digitally Tunable 20 MHz to 320 MHz Highpass MMIC Filter

Digitally Tunable 20 MHz to 320 MHz High Pass Filter

AM3151 is a digitally tunable highpass filter covering the 20 MHz to 320 MHz frequency range. The filter provides 32 selectable highpass cutoff states with 5 digital control bits. The tunable highpass filter can be combined with one of Mercury’s tunable lowpass filters to provide a flexible bandpass filter solution. AM3151 is packaged in a 6mm QFN package and operates over the -40C to +85C temperature range.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. AM3151 evaluation board also includes DIP switch for control of the filter settings. This switch is included with the evaluation board unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM3151.

The AM3151 was designed to mate with it’s sister part the AM3150 to create a flexible band pass filter bank solution from 20 MHz to 550 MHz.
