AM3153 Digitally Tunable 6 GHz to 26.5 GHz Bandpass MMIC Filter

Digitally Tunable 6 GHz to 26.5 GHz Bandpass

AM3153 is a digitally tunable bandpass filter bank covering 6 GHz to 26.5 GHz. The device provides three separate tunable filter bands with 16 selectable bandpass states each, integrated switches, and a 22 GHz filter bypass path. AM3153 is packaged in a 5mm QFN package and operates over the -40C to +85C temperature range. AM3153 is an excellent front-end for a receiver providing both high out of band rejection and valuable flexibility for tuning center frequency. Its small size, weight, and power consumption make it an attractive choice for demanding applications requiring low SWaP components.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. AM3153 evaluation board also includes DIP switch for control of the filter settings. This switch is included with the evaluation board unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM3153.
