AM3169 Analog Tunable 5.5 to 10 GHz Band Stop MMIC Filter

Analog Tunable 5.5 to 10 GHz Notch Filter Bank

AM3169 is an analog voltage-tunable notch filter bank covering the 5.5 GHz to 10 GHz frequency range. The device offers two bands from 5.5 GHz to 8 GHz and 7.5 GHz to 10 GHz for continuous notch frequency within its operating range. Only one tune voltage input is required providing simple and precise control of the notch frequency. The AM3169 provides an excellent solution for receiver or transceiver designs requiring flexible frequency rejection, high dynamic range, low insertion loss, and small size, and power consumption (low SWaP).

Product Options include the AM3169 surface mount 5mm QFN and connectorized evaluation board.
