Available as bare die in a 2.10 mm x 1.34 mm footprint with internal 50 Ω matching and DC blocking capacitors, the AM1172-D is a small form-factor solution that can enable low-SWaP applications.
AM1172-D is available only in Gel-Paks of QTY 25.
