The AM1063-2 is a high dynamic range DC-coupled amplifier covering up to 10 GHz.

The device exhibits a low noise figure and high third order intercept performance while also providing a flat gain response and excellent gain stability over the operating temperature range. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 1.3 by 2.0mm DFN, the AM1063-2 represents a compact total PCB footprint.
