Broadband Bypassable Amplifier
AM1101 is a broadband bypassable amplifier covering the 2 GHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range. The device exhibits low noise figure and low gain across the entire frequency range while drawing only 100 mW of power. Packaged in a 3mm QFN with an integrated amplifier bypass path and internal 50 Ω matching, the AM1101 represents a dramatic size reduction over a discrete implementation of a bypassable amplifier.
The evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. The AM1101 evaluation board also includes a DIP switch for control of the bypass function. This switch is included with the evaluation board unless otherwise requested. The evaluation board includes AM1101.
Note: The connector on the bottom side of the eval named “RFC” will not be installed on the AM1101 evaluation board.
