The device exhibits a high P1dB and OIP3 across its full bandwidth, making it an excellent choice for a medium-power driver amplifier for mmWave and Ka band applications. Available as bare die in a 1.42mm x 2.72mm footprint with internal 50ohm matching, the AM1178-D provides a compact solution for high linearity requirements.
AM1178-D is available only in Gel-Paks of QTY 25.
