DC to 28 GHz Broadband Medium Power Amplifier

AM1194 is a broadband medium power amplifier providing excellent gain flatness, input and output match, and saturated power output over the DC to 28 GHz frequency range. The device exhibits high linearity above 35dBm OIP3, as well as providing a high power output greater than 27dBm. Packaged in a 5mm QFN, the AM1194 is an ideal choice for demanding test equipment, communication, and military applications.
