AM3138 is an analog voltage-tunable notch filter bank covering the 1.5 GHz to 3.0 GHz frequency range.

The AM3138 is a dual-band notch filter MMIC that covers 1.5 GHz to 3.0 GHz.  Each filter band includes two resonators that can be tuned independently to control the center frequency and bandwidth.  The filter MMIC is packaged in a surface mountable 4mm QFN package, and is rated for operating temperatures from -40degC to +85degC.

The AM3138 evaluation board includes SMA connectors for RF input and output, and SMA connectors for analog control voltages.  The evaluation board includes one AM3138 part, and a trace calibration path.

The AM3138 is one in a family of analog voltage-tunable notch filters that cover 800 MHz to 19 GHz.  This family includes the AM3137 that covers 0.8 to 1.8 GHz, the AM3139 that covers 2.6 to 5.8 GHz, the AM3169 that covers 5.5 to 10 GHz, the AM3167 that covers 11 to 16 GHz, and the AM3168 that covers 13 to 19 GHz.

This family of notch filters provides a flexible, low SWaP solution for removal of unwanted interference signals in wideband receiver systems.
