Analog Tunable 90 MHz to 167 MHz High Pass MMIC Filter
AM3263 is a dual band analog voltage-tuned highpass filter with an adjustable corner frequency between 90 and 167 MHz. The low band has a variable corner frequency between 90 and 139 MHz, and the high band has a variable corner frequency between 111 and 167 MHz. The device exhibits a wide operational bandwidth with the passband extending up to 1.6 GHz. The AM3263 can be combined with one of Mercury’s analog tunable lowpass filters - AM3264, AM3266, or AM3268 - provide a flexible bandpass filter solution.
