1 to 20 GHz Digitally Adjustable Equalizer

Function:
Equalizer
Package:
4mm QFN Package
ECCN:
EAR99

AM2025 is a digitally adjustable equalizer that operates from 1 to 20 GHz and delivers up to 24dB of gain slope equalization in 2dB increments.

The device offers selectable equalization to address variable signal chain loss profiles present in complex, broadband RF systems without having to trade off size (compared to bulky discrete implementations) or performance (compared to only addressing a single gain profile with a passive equalizer). The AM2025 operates with a single positive supply and positive control voltage and is packaged in a compact 4mm QFN.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and the SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. AM2025 evaluation board also includes a DIP switch for control of adjustable equalization functionality. This switch is included with the evaluation board unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM2025.
